Tourist transform the inner harbour in the Summer
They are a frequent subject of my photography. I use them for observational documentation, at times not knowing what I have come back with in camera. After looking over some shots from a recent excursion amongst these short-term visitors, I noticed that two sets of diptychs helped tell the story of our city at this time of year.
Buskers, of all sizes, shapes and varying talents, occupy nearly every corner.
As for the men, there are those who sit and wait (patiently?), and those who enjoy a good sidewalk chat.
