Make no mistake, I am not comparing what I do to what more famous street photographers have done before me. But it is interesting to look back at what some of the most famous street shooters have done in their lifetime.
It’s been a while… …since posting last. Too busy with personal and work projects, but I have been using the R-D1 with both a 35mm and 50mm lens. I’m still really enjoying the camera and getting faster at framing, focusing and shooting.
UPDATE April 1, 2011: Is it true? Will Epson re-release the R-D1 in the North American market? I now own an Epson R-D1 digital rangefinder body, on to which, I have attached the 35mm f1.7 Voigtländer lens. I spent two days in Vancouver shooting with it around the Canada day celebrations.
The last roll (or is that role?) for the Voigtländer? Perhaps not, but it may be put on the shelf for a little while.
I allowed myself to stray a bit off topic, just so that I could keep shooting.
I recently acquired a film rangefinder camera. A Bessa Voightländer R2A, with a Voightländer 35mm f1.7 Ultron lens.
